Smoked Salmon mousse served with Baby Chard and Lemon dressing

Pressed Terrine of Duck and Pork served with Seasonal Leaves, toasted Brioche, Port and Blueberry gel

Baked Camembert Cheese scented with Garlic and Rosemary served with Cranberries and Sourdough Bread

Pan fried Pheasant Breast served with Fondant Potato, Roasted Chantenay, Carrots and Mulled Wine jus

Turkey Ballotine stuffed with Chestnut Farce, Colcannon Bon Bons finished and Rich pan juice Gravy

Homemade Game Pie served with Chips and Seasonal Vegetables

Pumpkin Pie served with Seasonal Vegetables Dauphinoise Potatoes (V)
